So, I give you total sympathy here. Toddlers definitely completely take over any space they’re permitted access to.
But dude … food in the bed? Ugh. I just don’t want to deal with that. We have very strict rules about that around here. Probably the strictest rules we have, after rules about how we interact with other people.
I agree about the food in the bed. That was a temporary evil several months back, when Roo would need to nap in the living room during lunch time. Typically I’d have the covers pulled up on the bed so we could do a “picnic” lunch, but, from time to time, crumbs would inevitably end up between the sheets.
The green bean still blows my mind.
I don’t mind food in the bed (well, depending on the decomp level of the food), but the scissors? I’m the person who would roll over and wake up with one less eye.
I would prioritize. No scissors in bed.
Also, I’d like everyone to know for the record that this bed IS cleaned off daily (but, admittedly, the quality control might be a little low).
I think I’ve found those same items at some point over the years! Well, maybe not the doll’s hairbrush!
